Healthy nutrition no false claims:) This book should be called: ‘ How to be healthy’ as it basically enourages to eat healthy and lose weight naturally by correcting certain bad nutritional habits.No false claims and nothing to sell throughout the book, the author seems like a very honest person to me and presents the general overview of classical nutrition, no fad diets, no starvation diets, says no to diet pills( they can be very harmful). I think everyone can benefit from this book and super foods that it recommends…

Outstanding! I have wanted to lose to my extra weight for months now, and although I’ve tried a bunch of techniques nothing seemed to work. But I must admit that this is the exception! Since I started to apply the strategies outlined in Daniel Williams’ book, I’ve noticed how my body is getting fitter with each day that passes. It seems I will finally get rid of that belly fat! Outdated Information A lot of the info in here can easily be found by browsing the web but what bothered me is that a good portion of it is fairly outdated ‘conventional wisdom’ information. Example: Including Coconut Oil in the list of saturated fats that you want to avoid at all costs. Nevermind the extensive research done on coconut oil and the findings that the medium-chain fatty acids (specifically, lauric acid) in it are actually incredibly good for you AND your metabolism.I read through it and…
